Agios Ioannis, (Greek: Άγιος Ιωάννης), is a village that is part of the municipality of Mouresi. It is in the eastern part of Magnesia in the prefecture of the same name in Greece. It sits on the coast of the Pelio mountains. Agios Ioannis is located southeast of Horefto, north of Mylopotamos beach and about 55 km east of the city of Volos (Magnesias capital). Agios Ioannis is linked with the road linking with Tsagkarada and near Zagora. It stretches from north to south.
